Idea Behind the Game


This project has taken some turns I wasn't quite expecting, but that's alright. As I said in the description of the project, I was originally inspired by The Glitched Attraction to remake the second level, as the mechanics were seemingly so simple, yet complex on the back end. As I continued, though, I had to note that I was getting stumped more often than I thought. There were a good amount of moving parts that all needed to connect to one another seamlessly, and that drew in my attention quite a bit.

My focus shifted. No longer was I trying to remake a level from a game I enjoyed. Instead, I was going to try and understand why it worked. I plan on making another devlog explaining some of the code that I have done, and why I made it the way I did.
